1) How do I place an order with you?
You can bring your gun to us or ship it to us. Your gun will be logged in according to FFL regulations. you must have a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). The same person who drops off the gun must be the same person to pick it up.

2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Full payment is due when you pick up your gun, unless prior arrangements were made. We accept cash, checks, money orders, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If your gun is being shipped to you, we must receive payment before we sent it out.

3) How will I be billed for shipping?
We can ship and receive your firearms through UPS and Fedex. Handguns must be shipped "next day" or "overnight." Long guns can be shipped "ground." the customer pays for exact charges, no shipping and handling fee.

4) What is your return policy?
We guarantee that when your gun leaves our shop, it is fully functional and has been test fired with factory ammunition. We pride ourselves in quality work and attention to detail. If you are thrilled with the work we did, tell a friend. If not, tell us and we will make it right.

5) What happens if a product is out of stock or on back order?

6) How long does it take to receive an order?
The normal shop time is 5-10 days. We often have to special order parts. If the parts are backordered or hard to find, this time can be lengthened considerably. *Busy times of the year (opening season) please expect 2-3 weeks.

8) How does a customer order a custom gun?
When it comes to custom guns, the possibilities are endless. The cost will depend on the gun you want built, the options you choose, and your budget. We can give you some suggestions as far as what works best for reliability and function, other than that, it is up to you. A $500 deposit is required when you place your order. We will then order parts and keep you updated on the progress of your custom gun.
